It makes us feel good to know we are taking even the smallest steps to improve your health. The first place on my journey was Mt. Fuji Japanese Restaurant. You need to include Omega-3 in your diet and the salmon teriaki at Mt. Fuji is just the catch. Try the ginger salad for a complete happy body meal. Omega-3 is essential for that healthy glow in your skin and hair.
